Feature Forwarding: Exploiting Encoder Representations for Efficient Semantic Segmentation

This novel neural network architecure is designed to perform real-time semantic segmentation. The encoder information is "wisely" shared with the corresponding decoder layer to get state-of-the-art performance along-with reduced number of operations.
